Personal Inventory Comments

Hosanna Tandi's video was filled with inconspicuously meaningful items. The video started off with a piece of jewelry (anklet) that reminded her of where she came from and her family ties. I found this especially meaningful to myself because I had added some of my Abuelita's jewelry to personal inventory to represent that side of my family and where I come from. It seems she had a similar idea.

Next up on Hosanna's inventory was the BTS army bomb (of course I picked the video with the BTS fan). I have to admit, I've never fell down the K-pop rabbit hole, however, more than a handful of my friends are die-hard K-pop fans.

Hosanna's last item on her personal inventory is her converse. I especially liked this pick because it wasn't just her favorite pair of shoes but it also connected her to one of her interests: dancing. I have always loved dancing but I have never had the confidence to put myself out there and do it. Either way, I will always be able to appreciate a good dancer.

Pamela Buscema's intro is honestly the best intro I've seen so far. She is engaged and seems to be having a lot of fun with this assignment so props to you girl. Her first item on her personal inventory is her essential oils. I have just gotten into skin care after a very long time avoiding that part of my health and let me just say, it's quite the complex skill to master and maintain.

Along with the oils, Pamela also features a thicc book called "The Complete Book of Essential Oils and Aromatherapy". Needless to say, it seems Pamela has done her research on this topic and knows a lot about how to use the oils correctly which is beyond impressive from my point of view as a novice in skin care.

To wrap up Pamela's whole vibe is her collection of crystals. She reaffirms that she is a very spiritual person and wants to see how crystals could improve her

meditations. This is another area I have always wanted to learn more about. I am a firm believer in the relationship between mind and body within a person and I have always wanted to become more in tune with my spiritual side. Even if you don't believe in spirits or souls, there is undoubtably a subconscious mind within your own that spiritual practices and meditation can help you unlock for peace (or a quite literal piece) of mind.

By far the cutest items on Pamela's personal inventory is her "two best friends": her dogs. I absolutely love how she added short videos of her dogs during the voiceover, I felt like I got to see more of their relationship with each other than I would have if she just showed them in real time or a picture. I have a dog of my own that my family and I rescued when he was a puppy. His name is Teddy and he is 13 years old now and getting close to the end of his life but still jumps around like he's still a puppy (I don't want my dog to steal the spotlight but I have this adorable picture of him as a puppy compared to him currently in a video-->).

Thomas Knoepffler's personal inventory started with an Arduino mini. I have used Arduino's in the past but I have never really learned how to code them (I would usually just copy-paste code and hope it works). This has always been something I want to learn and I really like the size of the mini Arduino because it's compact so you can make it really inconspicuous in whatever you're building. This feature is very helpful for me because I am really interested in wearable technology and getting components to fit in small inconspicuous places is one of the more difficult tasks (but definitely one of the more fun parts of my engineering process).

Second on Thomas's inventory is a fidget cube. I would like to start by saying I have dyslexia so I have tried many products marketed towards fidgeting and by far my favorite has to be the fidget cube. All the other fidget products

seem like they were made FOR people who need to fidget while the fidget cube seems like it was made BY someone who needs to fidget (but thats just my personal opinion).

Finally, Thomas added a picture of him and his friends that he likes to look at from time to time to reminisce. I found this to be a very sweet item to add to a personal inventory. I myself have pictures all over my desk of my friends, family, even a few of my pets from home. I talked in the intro to my personal inventory about how we bring a piece of our old life with us to remind us of where we were and whom we left behind; pictures are a great piece to remind you of the "good old times".
